Data valuation for operating companies

Your business already produces data. Clearworth helps you see what it may be worth.

AI labs and model builders pay for high-quality, domain-specific datasets. If your company has years of structured operational records—jobs, transactions, inventory, logistics, or customer workflows—that archive may have market value beyond internal analytics.

Estimates are directional only—not a quote or commitment. No data leaves your control until you choose to proceed under NDA.

How it works

Four steps. You stay in control at every gate.

Clearworth is a new, independent data brokerage run by Nick Hames—not a bulk scrape or a self-serve upload portal. This is the process we follow with every company. Serious buyers expect clean rights, clear provenance, and privacy hygiene.

01

Estimate

Answer a short quiz about company size, industry, history, and data types. Receive an illustrative ballpark range—an estimate, not an offer.

02

Qualify

By email, using a short intake questionnaire, we map what you hold, what could be licensed, and what must stay internal. No files change hands yet.

03

Protect

Mutual NDA first (request a copy by email). Then an optional sample under your rules—de-identification, field redaction, and retention limits.

04

Transact

If the data looks marketable, we package it and present it to prospective buyers we identify—we are building those buyer relationships now. Nothing is licensed without your written approval of the buyer and terms, and Clearworth is paid only if a license closes.

What tends to matter

Buyers care about depth, structure, and real-world decisions—not screenshots.

The strongest packages are longitudinal, domain-specific, and already used to run the business. Personal identifiers and regulated secrets usually need redaction or exclusion.

Higher interest

Structured operational systems

ERP exports, job costing, work orders, inventory movements, CRM pipelines, scheduling, logistics, and ticketing—especially with multi-year history.

Often valuable

Domain documents with labels

Specs, estimates, inspection notes, SOPs, and catalogs that map cleanly to categories, outcomes, or dollar amounts.

Usually excluded

Raw PII and closed-loop secrets

SSNs, payment card data, medical records, and anything you cannot lawfully license. We design around what you can responsibly share.

Where we start

Verticals with thick operational trails

Clearworth is starting with construction & trades, where Nick Hames has years of hands-on residential experience. We also welcome inquiries from adjacent industries that accumulate years of decision-grade records as a byproduct of serving customers.

Construction & trades

Estimates, change orders, material takeoffs, crew schedules, punch lists, and warranty history across completed jobs.

Real estate & property ops

Lease admin, maintenance tickets, unit turns, vendor performance, and portfolio-level operating metrics.

Distribution & light industrial

SKU velocity, fulfillment exceptions, supplier lead times, and warehouse event logs with durable identifiers.

Field services

Dispatch, visit notes, parts usage, first-time-fix rates, and equipment service histories.

Specialty manufacturing

BOMs, quality checks, scrap reasons, machine parameters, and lot/batch traceability—where export rights allow.

B2B professional services

Project plans, time/cost actuals, deliverable taxonomies, and engagement outcomes over many clients.

For data buyers

Scrubbed, consented construction datasets for AI labs and data buyers—now being assembled

Clearworth is working to source real project records from US residential construction companies, scrub them of personal and sensitive information, and license them on a non-exclusive basis. Our first datasets are in preparation. These are the data types we are sourcing—tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly what we can provide.

Estimates & bids

Multi-year line-item estimates and bids from real residential jobs.

Change orders

Field change orders showing how scope and cost moved after the bid.

Job photos

Site and progress photos from the same projects, from start to finish.

3D designs

Design models and plans tied to the estimates and builds they produced.

Linked project records

Multi-year records linked by project, so you can follow a job from design to bid to field changes to the finished build.

Scrubbed, consented, non-exclusive

Our standard: every dataset will be sourced with the company's written authorization, de-identified under our written policy, and offered under a non-exclusive license.

Privacy posture

Company-controlled data. NDA before export. De-identification by design.

Clearworth does not ask you to upload production databases on day one. Valuation starts with a questionnaire. Any transfer happens only after a signed mutual NDA and your written authorization, with fields you approve. Our mutual NDA and De-identification & Data Handling Policy are available on request by email.

You hold the keys

Exports stay on your systems until you authorize a package. We never require open VPN access as a starting point.

NDA before samples

Mutual confidentiality comes before schema reviews, sample rows, or buyer introductions.

Minimize what leaves

Prefer aggregated, hashed, or redacted fields. Drop columns that do not improve training utility.

Curious what a ballpark looks like?

The quiz takes about a minute. Results are labeled as estimates—useful for deciding whether a closer look by email is worth your time.
